Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our sample packs, all purchases are final once the download or access to the digital content has begun.

By purchasing a digital product from Synt Audio and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

Refunds are therefore not offered for change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction after downloading the product.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
